Jewellery Care

Please treat and wear your jewellery with care. We recommend that you store all pieces in an dry location away from the light.

Bedtime routine

You should remove each item before going to sleep, bathing, swimming or doing any housework that may involve bleach and other cleaning products.

Dressing up

We suggest putting your jewellery on last when dressing. Please make sure you hang on to boxes, bags or wraps that your jewellery comes in. They are often the best way to store your jewellery in order to protect the pieces from damage and dirt.

When wearing your jewellery, please avoid contact with perfumes, water, creams, hairspray or any liquid. Make sure you protect your pieces from extreme temperatures, sunlight, rough or hard surfaces.

Cleaning and taking care of your pieces

Care should be taken when cleaning your gold plated jewellery as plating can wear off overtime especially with heavy use. To keep your pieces looking their very best for as long as possible, gently clean with a soft cotton cloth only. Porcelain decorative details should be softly dusted with a wet cloth.

It is natural for sterling silver to oxidize and tarnish over time, but it will happen much faster if they come into contact with agents such as perfume, salty air, sulfur, lotions, potions, hairspray, chlorine and acidic skin PH. The amount of tarnishing that occurs is dependent on the skin and care habits of the wearer. Tarnishing is therefore not a manufacturing fault.
